Our one-day mushroom cultivation training is an intensive, hands-on program designed to give you complete clarity on commercial mushroom production. The training covers both technical and practical aspects, focusing on real-world methods used in successful mushroom enterprises. Participants are guided step by step through the entire cultivation cycle—from understanding different mushroom varieties and their market demand to substrate preparation, sterilization, spawning, incubation, fruiting, harvesting, and post-harvest handling.

Special emphasis is placed on minute and elaborate details that often determine success or failure in commercial cultivation. You will learn about temperature, humidity, ventilation, light requirements, contamination control, yield optimization, and common mistakes to avoid. The program is conducted at our plant, allowing participants to observe live operations and actively participate in each stage of the process rather than just learning theory.

This hands-on exposure helps bridge the gap between knowledge and execution. In addition, we discuss basic infrastructure requirements, cost estimation, scalability, and practical tips for starting small and expanding sustainably. By the end of the training, participants gain enriched knowledge, technical confidence, and practical skills—equipping them to confidently start their own mushroom cultivation business or improve existing operations with professional insight.
